General conditions of sale

The purpose of these general conditions of use (known as "CGU") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of provision of the site and services by Dermesia and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".


These T&Cs are accessible on the site under the “T&Cs” section.


ARTICLE 1: LEGAL NOTICES

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

French law applies to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear it.

ARTICLE 9: DELIVERIES

Products are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery is usually between 5 and 12 days, with a maximum of 20 days. Delivery delays do not qualify for compensation or refunds.


Standard delivery is free, with the option of upgraded delivery for €6.90. This delivery guarantees you the option to exchange or receive a refund for your product, even if it has already been worn, and also to benefit from fast delivery and shipping.


Your order will be processed as a priority by our teams.


ARTICLE 10: RETURN POLICY

** Any orders placed with a discount displayed on the site will not be accepted, and no refunds will be possible. You can always request a size exchange without a refund.


Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery and you can obtain an exchange or refund within 10 days under certain conditions:

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with the law on the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all the parts delivered.


Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted. The product must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, otherwise we will be forced to refuse a refund.
